Hidden Lies

“Too long.. I guess that’s what happens when you get older.” She chuckled, though it was true. Responsibilities got in the way. “Really good.” Maxine nodded, smiling. “What about you? Maggie?”

“Well let’s try and plan these like weekly.” she said. “It’s busy now so we spend less time together than I wish but otherwise we’re amazing.”

Greyson chuckled. “Well, I’m fairly sure that I’m prettier.” He teased.

“I mean you are quite pretty. It is pretty hard to get prettier.”

“It’s just one of the many reasons why I love you.” She teased playfully as well with a small smile on her lips as she kissed her back gently. “For what? You don’t need to thank me, my love. I love you too.”

“Let her know that I was looking for her please.” He raised a brow slightly, shaking his head some. “Maybe for everyone else but not me.” Which was the truth, outside of Sasha and Kelly, Sarah was the only one for him. She was the one that he had truly loved and would continue to do so. “Ethan what?” He questioned, looking over at the him.

Liam didn’t even realize what they were in front of, he just seen the look of concern on his friends face and that was what he was focusing on. “That I do all too well. If there is anything that I can do, I’m totally here for both Maggie and you.”

“Oh, I don’t know. Anything that you feeling I guess.” Bradley had no ill intentions at all. He was just trying to be friendly.

Quinn shrugged, shaking her head. “I mean, you’re not, I offered. There’s really not much to do tomorrow.”

He couldn’t help but smirk a bit at the mention of looking at his mouth. He took a moment to decide whether to tell the boy and risk embarrassing him or simply to let it go. However, he had a lack of understanding of what was said after that comment so he decided to speak up. “I have no choice but to watch your lips if I want to know what you are saying. Like, I sort of having a feeling that you did not say what I think you said because it was very, very inappropriate…”

“I mean… I’m not doing anything tomorrow, I could… watch her?”

Honestly, Giovanni hadn’t meant to stare. Of course now that he was speaking, Gio was forced to stare even more to read his lips. This was not looking good for him. He put his hand to his chin and leaned in, shaking his head slightly. “I don’t think that’s what’s happening here…” Although, he was actually cute… not that Gio would ever admit this to anyone. 

“That is actually the truth.” Harvey glanced over at him at him for a moment. “I was wondering if Maxine was in actually.” He wasn’t at the gallery every day or sometimes for months. Like now so people change at the front. “Sorry, that isn’t exactly going to happen. Happily married and no offense you aren’t exactly my type. I’m Harvey Newell, part owner of the gallery.”
