carlotta did AMAZING?? goodness gracious

i loved the character choices jordan lee gilbert made for christine

the set, the costumes, the vocals, literally everything was beautiful

the chandelier lowering in the overture was gorgeous. like genuinely one of the most beautiful things i’ve seen in my life

i met raoul’s actor, he was very polite! though it was a little awkward because the interaction went like this:

my mom: (whispering) I think that’s Raoul’s actor!

me: huh? what are you-

daniel freaking lopez: (walking by): hello!

there was a little back and forth about how much we loved the show, and then he left.

and her choosing to become a zombie is either: A. sua accepting her queer identity and being willing to deal with all the stigma it comes with (good ending)

or B. sua leaning into the image that’s been pushed upon her and starting to truly believe that she’s all these terrible things (probably more likely bc vivinos is evil)

i like lolita fashion, but i haven’t been able to actually buy much of the clothing because it’s difficult to access for me.

i’m a huge fan of phantom of the opera- i got to see it once live, i hope to see it again soon!
