I post mainly about: Phil Collins/Genesis, John Lennon/The Beatles. The John girl life had chosen me, not the other way around.

I've started a little project where I transcribe/collect Genesis and Phil Collins related sources because they can be hard to find - but it's very slow going.

Other artists that I love: Iron Maiden, Metallica, Fleetwood Mac, Steven Wilson, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, Taylor Swift, PJ Harvey, David Bowie and many more. Above and below pictures illustrate this mental illness.

I post my opinions, my rankings, and sometimes I do longer write-ups. All subjective and everchanging.

Sometimes I am distracted by fictional, non music releated media (i.e. Peaky Blinders, period dramas, danmeis).

I am also #hungarianposting bc what else can you do in this world.

And I love hungarian literature more than anything. Ady Endre 4ever.

I am overwhelmed by the amount of Mind Games remixes on Spotify. Which ones do you recommend??

I think when it comes to Mind Games (The Ultimate Mixes, with 14 songs) the standard album is the best. I don't think the out-takes and other versions are that interesting this time or preferable over the album tracks (unlike with Plastic Ono Band or Imagine). The only track where I like/prefer the out-takes are One Day at a Time. But honestly, I think the Elton John version of One Day at a Time (on his Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy album) is the best version of this track; vastly superior to John's OG version.

Obviously I had seen it in Pécs and I'm sure the Budapest one is better but it was so distracting. The Red Shirts had better music and singers - as expected. Áts Feri 4ever!! - and I think overall the actors of the Pásztor brothers + Áts were the best singers. And when they had group singing, that was pretty good. But man, when they tried to sing solo... ugh. Sounded very middle school chorus boys for me. Especially when the flop singers joined together to do joint floppage. 😭
