Felicity Smoak Appreciation Week Day 7 - AU DC/Marvel Crossover

A/N: @so-caffeinated and I had a scene at the beginning of the new chapter that, while solid, didn’t add very much to the overall picture. So, we took it out, and are posting it as a missing/deleted scene!

This scene takes place Chapter 31 and Chapter 32 (posted tomorrow).

The first thing Felicity’s aware of is her pillow shaking.

At some point during the night she’d turned, curling in against Oliver’s chest, leaving Ellie to twist around their heads. The toddler’s sound asleep, her sharp knees pressing into Felicity’s spine. The IV still in the back of Felicity’s hand is pulled uncomfortably tight, enough to be bothersome, keeping her from falling back into oblivion…

That, and the shaking.

She’s sprawled across Oliver’s chest.

Felicity snaps fully into consciousness with a start.
