Pentious knows what it is to be an outcast, even if he has little to no experience with shyness or debilitating anxiety. He’s all in all a very confident man even when he should have no reason to be. One of the good things about that is it can be infectious. Pentious likes to lift you up with praise, and there’s no weighted blanket like a massive snake with some constrictive tendencies. 

Finally a good use for all those snake videos I watch on Youtube.

S/O Helping Pent Shed:

Pentious is mortified to even be going through a bad shed. It can be caused by stress or improper diet, but sometimes it also just happens. As big as he is, shedding is always an ordeal anyway, so having the added bonus of the act being harder is just the cherry on the proverbial bad-luck sundae.  He doesn’t want to be seen like this by anyone, but especially not you. You don’t need to think he’s anymore of a loser than he’s sure you already do. Of course, to his surprise, you’re very sweet and understanding with him. After a little research you settle in helping him get through it.

Husk x Insecure S/O:

As stated before, Husk isn’t great at noticing insecurities, especially with someone who doesn’t let it show much. He’s not blind to your needs, but he can’t read your mind and if you tell him you’re okay, he’s likely to believe you. He does notice if you get openly sad though, and there’s only so many times you can brush it off before he gets the truth out of you. Husk is familiar with the concept of overweight people not being comfortable with their bodies. “I know i can’t change your mind, Doll, but i think you’re a total babe”. He makes an effort after this to hold you more, to compliment you at every chance. He lets you know just how beautiful he thinks you are.

Sleepy Alastor Headcanons:

Alastor doesn’t sleep often. He’s an insomniac even from a demonic standpoint. So when he starts powering down it’s easy for everyone to see. Sometimes this change is literal, and Alastor’s speech slows and distorts like an actual radio running out of power. When this starts happening Alastor retreats to start his resting routine. Alastor keeps a comfortable bedroom, even though the bed is regularly ignored. He makes his way there while trying to dodge anyone who wants to talk to him. 

He thinks he’s being very secretive, but as long as these people have known him, its clear he’s tired. Sometimes Angel tries to talk to him, just to see how long Al can last. Honestly this is ill-advised. Before sleep, Alastor can be a touch cranky and Angel is regularly chased away so Alastor can make it to his room. He carefully changes into sleep clothes, makes sure everything is in its place, and crashes. Most of Alastor’s sleep behavior is seen when he’s just woken up. He’s more sluggish after a long rest, and it takes him a while to fully come together. 

oooh I would be delighted. The following ask will be about sleepy Alastor so I will try not to overlap these.

Soft Alastor Headcanons:

Alastor loves to dance. That’s just a known fact. There’s so many times where he’ll pull anyone and everyone into a jaunty tune, but he also loves a nice slow-dance. He’s more selective with those dance partners. There aren’t a lot of people that Alastor wants that close to him, but when he finds one he’s known to visit fairly frequently. The dances aren’t generally intimate in any way. No matter what, Alastor is a talker and usually has his dance partners in fits of laughter or considerable terror.

He likes to cook for everyone! Its not a one-time thing. Though most of his dishes are rooted in his cultural upbringing, and all of the ones with meat are heavily scrutinized, he sometimes ventures into new territory to look for new recipes. Alastor is extremely focused when fine-tuning a new dish. Some of the hotel staff like to watch him work. He pulls interesting faces as he seasons and re-seasons, as he decides on cooking temperature and time. Often times, Alastor will talk to himself or hum songs. If he spots you watching him, you become a taste tester, willing or otherwise. 

Sure can! Charlie would be good at being gentle with someone inexperienced. 

Charlie x InexperiencedMale!Reader:

Charlie is a very sweet girl. That would translate well into her care for her lovers. Charlie would take things very slow. Comfort is important as you get started. The lights are dimmed, but not off, and the door is safely locked to insure there are no interruptions. If you’re nervous, Charlie helps get things started with her hands or mouth, helping you out of your pants and urging you to relax.

Her movements are slow as well, no matter how she starts off. Gentle caresses with her hands or mouth. She watches your reactions to determine what you like and what you don’t, and encourages you to communicate your desires and to let her know when you’re ready to move on. The first time, she definitely rides you.

Husker X Reader:

Per your suggestion, we’ll start with physical intimacy. Husk takes a while to warm up to touch. Little touches are fine. A brief finger under the chin, a gentle scratch. Contact with two or more hands takes time. The cuddly Husk who likes an arm around you doesn’t happen for a while. Strangely enough, at first Husk deals with sexual contact a lot better than he does gentle or random touch. Sex is understandable. There’s expectations and a certain mood is set. Reactions are easy. It isn’t the same with romantic gestures. How is he supposed to know what to do when you run your hand through his fur at just the right spot? Or when you playfully cub his cheek in your hand? There’s no expectation on how he should react. What’s ‘too weak’ of a response for a guy like him. What’s going to be over the top and seem insincere? 

Awww what a cute suggestion! Definitely a good one to get the creative juices flowing again. I did look up what popping was in regards to dance. It’s so smooth and interesting!

BaxterxDancer!Reader:

Baxter isn’t much of a dancer himself. Then again, you aren’t much of a mad scientist. But both of you have a lot respect for each other’s crafts. While Baxter has an incredibly steady hand, the rest of his body control is a little lacking. He honed what he needed for his work. You honed what you needed for yours. 

Baxter loves to watch you move. He doesn’t have time to attend all your shows and dances, but he makes time to attend a fair few of them. He’s also frequently seen in the practice studio and hangs around when you do your stretching and home practice. You’ve offered to teach him some simple dances before, but he keeps responding with resounding no’s.  He’d much rather watch you dance than do it himself. 

Baxter keeps a low profile as your boyfriend. He’s not the type for spotlight. People know you’re dating someone, and some even know who he is, but he does not make public appearances. He does not go to big events as your guest. 

Sir PentiousxDancer!Reader:

Sir Pentious often remarks how much dancing has changed since he was alive. He’d certainly love to try it himself. Unfortunately, he has no legs and most dancing ends up looking a little silly with his long body. Thankfully he’s happy to support you. This man shows up at almost all of your shows. If he doesn’t, a few eggbois will to tell him how it went! You always have an excited fanbase. More often than not, your gentleman suitor will bring you flowers. 

I sure hecking am!! Tom Trench X Taller-Male!S/O:

Tom Trench being short is a pretty popular thing to joke about at the station. While he is below average in height, he seems much smaller on camera when sitting next to the walking tree that is his Co-Host. People are only too happy to bring it up and use his size as an excuse to call into question to his masculinity. All that teasing is pretty easy to internalize, and this isn’t helped by the fact that Tom frequently has trouble with high shelves. Those high shelves did get him a prize once though, as that was how Tom first met you. Yes,you met Tom Trench when you saw him struggling to reach something that was purposefully put out of his reach at the station. At first, he was a little annoyed at your helping him. He accused you of being the one to put things out of his reach so you could make fun of him when you retrieved them. He spent several days mad at you over this imagined offense. Tom didn’t think it was a good first impression, but the two of you can laugh about it now that things have worked out.

Tom always makes sure to spend time with you, even with his busy reporting schedule, and your size has it’s perks. Not only are you an excuse for him not to buy a step stool, but being so much longer than him makes it easy for him to get comfortable with you. Tom actually likes sitting in your lap, but he’d never admit that to anyone. Trying to appear masculine is a big deal to him, so he’s always fighting the stereotype that being a small guy makes him more submissive. He fought in a war for Hell’s sake! It’s unclear to you whether he’s being so insistent on his manliness to convince himself or others that it’s the truth.

Out of all the common fears and phobias, Claustrophobia and Acrophobia are probably the worst to have when you’re dating a giant snake who spends most of his time on an airship miles up in the sky. Maybe it wasn’t a good idea to set up a relationship with a man whose favorite pastimes were curling tightly around you or cruising along in a battleship picking fights. Why were you doing this again? Oh, right. Said giant snake was one of the sweetest significant others you’d ever dated. 

Ever the gentleman, Pentious does not want to make you uncomfortable. It’s difficult at first to adjust to your claustrophobia. Squeezing a lover into his arms and coils is part of his love language. He adores holding you safely and securely against him. Knowing you don’t feel safe or secure when he does that helps him to remember to hold back. It’s something the two of you have to compromise on. You can’t be squeezed, but he can sometimes get away with wrapping around you just once, giving you freedom to move away at your leisure if you start to get overwhelmed. Of course, this isn’t something you have to worry about unless you’re in private together. 

As an overlord, you have an image to keep up. Even though most of hell knows Pentious is absolutely goofy for you, it would be dangerous to seem too attached. You have to maintain the image of just being lovers. There are more than a few power couples in hell. None of them can afford to be too reliant on one another or show weakness by way of an intimate bond. Love can be exploited. Thankfully there’s nothing stopping you two from being as loving as you want away from prying eyes.

The claustrophobia is a little easier to handle. Pentious doesn’t have to stay in his ship at all times. Usually when the two of you visit or go out for dates its on the ground. If you’re in the ship it’s usually parked on the ground. Even if the ship is parked, Pentious isn’t foolish enough to take you to the bridge of the massive dirigible. That’s an awfully large window to look down from, after all.
