I am currently working on a lot of projects about herpes and safe spaces for people with the STI. I’ve noticed a lack of lgtbq spaces for people with herpes so I created a Facebook group and so far so good, 2 weeks in and already in the double digits as of members wise. I want to take my herpes journey up a notch and create a virtual gaming space for people with herpes, it has been a interesting journey since most people aren’t out about their herpes status due to the stigma or they chose to remain on the positive singles app. Hopefully before the summer is over I have multiple platforms for people with herpes to mingle, date, vent, and be themselves while having the privacy and support they deserve.
