Every year on April 17, World Hemophilia Day is celebrated around the world in order to increase awareness of hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders.
World Hemophilia Day was started in 1989 and the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) chose April 17 in honor of WFH founder Frank Schnabel, who was born on that day.
On April 17, help us spread the message to âClose the Gapâ of care around the world. Together, we can work towards a day when treatment will be available for all globally.
Join the international bleeding disorders community on April 17 to mark World Hemophilia Day.
For more information, please contact Sarah Ford, WFH communications manager, at [email protected].

It sure is interesting to see that Saudi Arabia loves Hemolog!
The official commercial for Hemolog for iPhone.
Hemolog is now FREE! For good!
I've been giving this a lot of thought and honestly it was a long time coming. Hemolog will now be FREE on the iTunes App Store. I don't want $2.00 to get in the way of you guys logging your infusions. Happy logging and please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

I was able to meetup with Anthony (a Hemolog user) in NYC. We had a blast eating sushi and talking about what is to come for Hemolog version 2.
Download Hemolog now from the iTunes Appstore.
Redesigning Medical Data
Your medical chart: it's hard to access, impossible to read -- and full of information that could make you healthier if you just knew how to use it. At TEDMED, Thomas Goetz looks at medical data, making a bold call to redesign it and get more insight from it. Watch Thomas' talk here.
This is what Hemolog is all about. We are thrilled to be in the company of Wired on this subject. Looks like we are heading in the right direction. We are dedicated to making your logs simple to create and easy to understand. Not only will it benefit you the patient, but we think it could change the whole industry!
Let us know what you think by sending us a message on Twitter or join in on the discussion at Facebook.
I had a great time meeting up with Marcus and talking about Hemolog. What a great day in Texas!
Surveying the hemophilia community.
Here at Hemolog, we like to keep things open and available to everyone. To a point anyway. We know that this is almost unheard of in our community but it's something that we are passionate about.
We have teamed up with My Blood Brothers to being surveying people (anonymously) and providing our findings at The Collective Mind. We think that it's beneficial to everyone to have public surveys that we all can compare and contrast to find out how others manage hemophilia in their life.
We hope that you all enjoy taking a look at the interesting answers we have received and hope that you participate in upcoming surveys. Stay tuned to @Hemolog and @MyBloodBrothers on twitter to get links to surveys.
Take our latests survey about what you would like to see with future online hemophilia content here.
