I just stumbled upon this looking for the pKa to pH conversion scale, so I don;t really have any ways of testing it to see how well it works, but it seems useful enough.
According to the instructions, you enter the chemical formula of the molecule, the Ka/Kb/pKa/pKb, concentration, and/or volume, and it will give you the pH or pOH.
Now that I've written out this description, it seems a little more complicated, but it still seems useful.
