I'm really slow, and I'm trying to figure out if you mean if Andriy got into trouble with the family (which is highly doubtful), so I might as well write about that. Also, some stuff might be inaccurate, considering most of my knowledge about crime organizations has to do with cartels😮💨✌️
The idea of Andriy getting in trouble with the family is VERY slim, considering the fact that crime families are usually lenient to those who are actually blood-related and bonus points if you're a boy. So Andriy truly had to screw over the family by doing something REALLY stupid (I'm talking about something like only fake gangsters would do when they actually have to do heinous crimes) for him to end up in the same situation as Yegor. He's lucky that they didn't kill him on the spot or at least pull something off of LiveLeak.
It probably took a while for the news to reach Yegor, considering stuff like that only comes through word of mouth. Unfortunately, Yegor can't sympathize with Andriy that much. Yeah, he'll feel a little bad that his own flesh and blood got kicked out of Ukraine and has to start his life over from scratch. Yet, Yegor wouldn't bat an eye to it or even offer to help. In that situation, he definitely has the "play stupid games, win stupid prizes" mentality.
Yegor just doesn't want to get rope into a situation where there's a possibility that he'll get killed just because someone was being stupid.
Do you think yegor is an active father to his three children ( two girls one boy) based on the voice lines between him and rodion?
Unfortunately, no. He's a deadbeat (it pains me to say such a thing about him💔).
I will say, though, that back in his 20s, he didn't want to have kids and really was only interested in hooking up with women. Nowadays, he's willing to admit that it takes two to make a kid, so now he's sorta making it up to his kids the only way he knows how to... money.
When it comes to his two girls, they receive gifts from him, but they'll never see him. His son, on the other hand? Yegor is making sure to keep that one out of his life since Andriy comes from the same family that forced Yegor out of Ukraine😭

I honestly should've added this with my Rodion headcanons, but I was a little too nervous considering the tone of that list was really lighthearted while this is a bit more serious

I've never seen anyone bring up this sad reality when it comes to military, and it's probably because it's swept under the rug with many other things...
That's the fact that I personally think that Rodion might be suicidal, or at the very least have a severe form of depression, after all the events that happened in Verdansk.
Let me explain
Rodion has a very optimistic, good guy vs. bad guy mindset with the fact he only joined the Vympel for the idea of helping to fight "evil."
However, from what we know from the storyline where Armistance was killing each other. No doubt about it, Rodion, at one point, probably had to kill someone from the Coalition team (the same team where he was encouraged to have interactions with)
I'd imagine he had to step back for a second and reevaluate his mission, and even going as far as to question if he and the other Allegiance members are really the good guys
Ultimately, this mindset probably leads his mind going down a dark path with guilt eating at him
I honestly thought about this idea for a long time, considering a lot of stories I heard from others in the military and volunteering to help fight in the different wars in the middle east, many of the different soldiers were very suicidal and often times would take their own lives because of the horrors that had to endure while severing

Rodion definitely is a middle or youngest child and the only son. This led to him forming a deep bond with his father and even inspired to be like his father. And yes, he was heavily favored by both of his parents growing up.
The reasons for joining the military are generally the respect he has for his father and all the action movies he consumed growing up. The movies that he watched always had a good guy and a bad guy where the good guy wins and gets a good-looking wife. That's quite literally what he wants out of the military. Plus, his father shared stories about him and his platoon, either it being a mission or some stupid thing that none of them are letting go, just only made him dead set on joining the military.
... He's disappointed that most of the time he's doing paperwork instead of kicking ass.
Rodion and Yegor were siblings in a previous life. No duh, but considering my last point about him being the only son within his household. Rodion genuinely looks up to Yegor as sort of an older brother figure, as he quite literally never had such a figure before. However, he'd never admit it.
Can not take anything serious for the life of him, nor can he ever shut up. He just has to make snarky remarks for everything. The only time he'd take anything remotely serious is if he's with Bale, but that's only cause he wants to look good in front of his idol.
I'd imagine when the Armistance was first formed, he'd be around the American operatives the most. They're like real life Archie, Troy, and Chief Elgin to him.
Likes to imagine Bale as some cool, old authority figure that you'd see in movies that teaches the subordinates wisdom about the harsh realities of the world. Yet, at the same time Rodion sees a bit of his father within him.
Rodion's relationship with Minotaur is similar to that of Yegor's. The only difference is that Rodion doesn't pull the old card as much as he does with Yegor.
Nikto genuinely does not like Rodion and is not just only praying on his downfall, but is actively trying to make it happen.
Any time someone does something midly embarrassing in front of him, he'll never let it go. Brings it up all the time.
