i think this week might be it

I'm literally so smart and a good gaslighter. I feel a bit bad but it s okay it s better for everyone. My parents started worrying about the fact that i wasn't eating (again), weightloss and that my obsession with food was coming back. And i managed to convince them that i was just not that hungry and that it was a healthy diet for me to deal with my medication and stomach pain. Also both of my parents are therapists so i'm a mindmaster yaaalll at the end they were like "ok we're glad you re doing something for your depression" hehehehe

I have a question, i have body dismorphia and don't have a scale at home so i have pretty much no idea of my progress and if i lost weight. I've binged one time but overall i've stayed pretty consistent until now. How long do i have to wait until having visible results ?

Found my new obsession to get through my cravings, smelling empty food packages I look like a lunatic smelling everything alone in my appartement lol
