This iteration of the Sisterhood is from the arc of X-Men (2013) titled Muertas. A cartel heiress named Ana Cortés allows her body to host Yuriko Oyama and the Sisterhood is reborn featuring Reiko, Yuriko, Selene, Amora aaaaand Madelyne! This X-Men title was an “all girls” iteration of the team. I honestly like this arc a lot. It is the second time Maddie is on the Sisterhood.

Where yes! Madelyne is the leader & recruits the Ladies Mastermind, Chimera, Spiral, Yuriko and kinda Kwannon? This arc is.. a difficult read because Greg Land is on some bullshit. It’s also not super clear if this is Madelyne or the same Evil Jean who possesses Madelyne during X-Man, the Red Queen.
