I like Lorna! I think her series during Krakoa were really fun (I fucking LOVED Polaris, Jean, Laura, and Rogue together during X-Men (2021)) and I’d love to read more about her when I can

She is definitely in the circle of X-Men characters just outside the ones I really pay attention to, but all that I’ve seen of her, I’ve loved. I’m always a happy camper when Polaris shows up with her coffee cup and an attitude to wreck some shit

As for potential love interests… I can’t say much on that, but I know the poor girl was passed around a bit to some… questionable lovers…

I was wondering about Emma's and Jean's interaction during Krakoa. It all looked like Emma flirted with Jean, but Jean took it as a friendship. I also thought about this as friends, but in the Pride issue, when Loki told Emma she was in love with Jean and she denied it, I thought that Emma believed her feelings toward Jean were jealousy because Jean had everything Emma wanted. But Emma, in Krakoa, realized she was wrong; she loved Jean, and it looked like her love was one-sided.

I think that there was always a part of Emma that loved Jean, whether it loved her or what she embodied, that’s up to you to decide

But, especially with strong emotions and especially with the White Queen, love can so easily be read as jealousy, as bitterness, as hate.

She hates Jean, she loves Jean, she wants to be Jean, she wants to kill Jean.

When Loki called out her very, very complicated feelings for Jean, it felt like a slap in the face, but that’s because it’s true. Emma doesn’t know what love looks like, she’s a liar, she loves Jean and Loki knows it. He wins their argument and Emma leaves in a huff because she knows he’s fucking right.

Oh, there wouldn’t be one second where Emma Frost would ever consider being upset at her child. That’s her baby, she is perfection in every sense of the word, no matter what

That being said, Emma would be incredibly protective of her baby seeing their physical mutation. She would understand that the world will always see her child’s mutation first and foremost, and will do everything in her power to let her child know that there is more to them than that. That she is loved. That however her baby may be treated by the wider world, it doesn’t matter because she is a Frost and they are above that.

And hmm, games or show… I think the Edgerunners anime is an amazing way to dip your toes into the universe. You’ll be a little lost with all the lingo and such, but it does a wonderful job in setting the world and catching the vibe of Night City from the 2077 game!
