here we start off. dean is cautious and unsure

ok cas. it is. or it was (spanish). but ok. 

ok. now the infamous line that i personally think was dubbed over in late september or october because:

1. we know jensen was called for additional adr

2. idk about you but for me his lips movements don’t match what he says

3. still in order because no teary eyes; but why everything is a close up and this particular shot is from a weird angle? to make it harder for us to read lips? hmmm? cOiNcIdEnCe?

cas drops the L bomb

and now this is where things start to get sus: 

1. no teary eyes

2. we hear (don’t see) the empty. only hear. after a moment we finally see it: 

AND AFTER 0.0001s WE GET THIS:

full on tears ready to start falling. now dean turns around:

not that teary eyed anymore dean huh? plus i might add this shot doesn’t even last a full second. i had to rewind it a couple times to do a screenshot. it’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment. and now immediately to cas:

bam dean’s pushed to the floor. since when were they standing so close to each other that dean was within castiel’s reach? wasn’t dean leaning on a fucking chair at the beginning? now look, i rewatched this moment about 40 times now, or more. but when dean turns around to face cas again something seems off. the sound is off. the cut is off. and then we immediately go to ‘goodbye dean’. now let me present to you this moment with a missing puzzle - a short clip that was in season trailer but didn’t make it to the scene: 

something something more was definitely cut here. i mean it fits and we have proof it was cut. he seems to be leaning closer. he looks like he wants to say something. we can only imagine and speculate what happened here that they got so close that cas easily grabbed dean’s arm while pushing him away. here this moment. and then, only after that:
