Finally (since I couldn’t figure out how to add this to a video post) here is a little preview of the final piece! This is my first finished painting for my ongoing Patreon project, and I hope to have some sort of walkthrough up there by the end of the week.

While time draws in the wall, the window misses winds and airs from the past.

It’s been a few weeks since I have upped a full sketch page, sorry about the gap in posts!

Over the last month and a bit I have had at least 3 different contracts on the go at the same time. Normally this isn’t something I would do, but timing and circumstances have made it necessary. As a result personal sketch time/warm ups have been limited, it’s taken me a week to find time to fill a spread. Dark times indeed.

I still have plenty going on, but I think I should be able to start dedicating more time to my own work soon, maybe even before December, so with a little luck I will be able to start posting something more significant that doodles soon!

Very nearly got this finished today, but not quite. Still need to get the colour and the depth right, and wrap up a few of the more finicky details.

I aim to get this finished after work tomorrow, and have it up on my Patreon (wink wink) before the weekend!
