Happy Halloween everyone! what are you guys dressing up as?

One of the things I'll never stop talking in my illustrations is about mental health, the pandemic has been rough on my mental health, the depression, anxiety and insomnia hit me really hard, I'm in a better place now, and I have to confess that is thanks to therapy and faith, I do really think it's really important and healing to grab onto something bigger than you, meditation also has helped to keep me present as much as I can because it's not a magic pill, and definitely spirituality/self -help has helped understand why I've been going through this.
