♈ Aries Sun/ Mars/ Venus – Lush- Lord of Misrule / Penhaligon’s – The Cut
Spicy, in your face, emanating heat, lingering after contact, something draws you in massively and repulses you at the same time, wants to stay close to you but kind of drives you away on purpose. Toys with you while not being entirely serious and expects you to not take yourself serious as well. (Aries Moon is just emotions on a 3 minute cycle each so who wants a fleeting scent??! NOT one person!)

Grounded, gives you an anchor to soothe your soul, refreshing in a realistic way, calms you instantly, gives you peace, alleviates your worries and cleans your plate for a fresh start while being softly floral, sweet, makes you sense the sensual undercurrent, their pores emanate elegance without trying to bend you to their will; you just do because they exist. You may not be able to read them like an open book but they reveal themselves slowly: first the florals, then the sea notes, lilies intoxicate you and roses comfort you. You want to give into every bit of that pleasure that is them.

Fruity for sure, sweet and airy, “let’s not be too serious” kind of vibe and suitably so, layers upon layers of lightweight molecules, vibing in their own energy and welcomes you if you are interesting else bye!, simple but also very layered, staying power, fills the immediate space they’re in(give it 30 mins it’s gone), moving quickly through the senses, either linear or throws five stimuli per second at you.

Beautiful, soft , sweet, reticent, calculated emotion and delivery, uplifting, a bit bittery sweet, has a soft kick and a sweet, woody and solid base. Their memory stays with you because you thought they are soft and boring, quite generic really – I know the type/ what’s new vibe – but by the end you are impacted deeply and don’t want to let them go anymore. Give the impression of childlike wonder and will still flay you emotionally if you treat them badly. Everything is banked, stored and archived both for you and them – even years later, the physical sensation returns when you interact again.

Did you think I was going to choose something sweet or solar? Nope :D ! Deep and dense scents capture the essence of the Leo spirit. Sure, the surface is light and draws you in, sweet and sickly sometimes, makes you feel abundant and that you can feel the next tax bracket you’re aspiring to just by being around them, but the depths of it are entrancing, binding, heavy – it’s exposing you and branding you like you’re cattle. “Obey! Thanks!”(smiles and goes away).

Stealth, clean, sweetly there but ghostly, a bit refreshing and giving you new perspectives, uncomplicated but thorough, precise dosage, floral undertone. Asks you questions to help you solve your problem, sees all the details and your issues and tries to soothe your anxiety but in a direct way, don’t expect bluntness but expect getting straight to the solution. Scents that don’t waste your time: gives you everything you need, in the correct dosage, at the precise time, you will use it for years because it’s such a right fit and it feels almost tailored to you and how you’ll evolve over the years.

Everything you think you need and know you need; warm, uplifting with a bit of gravitas, HEAVILY charming and pleasant, might feel like it’s giving you exactly what you need because they are to keep the peace and friendly vibes going, might lead your partner on just for the fun of it while they don’t remember anything about it two days later. Power house femininity.

“F*ck me” scent, “I know exactly how and when to activate you” scent – deep pleasure, lasting, makes your toes curl, dark waters in the moonlight, amber rich colours, “I’ll give you a taste of your depth” kind of scent. Doesn’t just activate your cortex, you can feel it in the centre of your being. Grounded passion, grounding extasy – “oh, you’re done with the intense pleasure that changes the way you see yourself? Nice, move on now. There’s plenty to do.” Rich, dense, intoxicating, vast, heaviness from the first moment – doesn’t want to choke you, that’s just instead of “hi! Nice to meet you.”, everyone wants to be that person but not everybody can bear that weight. Be careful what you wish for vibes because it can go either way.
♐ Sagittarius Moon/ Rising/ Mars/ North Node – Versace – Eros Flame/ Lattafa – Fire on Ice
Fire from within, stocking fire that fuels the action, cloying but not desperate, sweet with a taste for teasing, keeps you going when you are down, gives you broad vision when you feel or think small. “Let’s go there, do that, then travel to this place!” – chasing the thrill, thirsty for experience and getting knowledgeable. Puts a kick in your step if you’ve been feeling low, gives you a bit of a spicy kick back if you’re trying to act like anything but yourself; unapologetic and unyielding.

Steady cadence and a timeless signature – you know!! that person who chooses to wear this at all times, don’t even have to see them to know they’re in the room because you can smell them.

You don’t know whether to class them as something you’ve seen/ experienced before, you don’t know where tf they came from, you don’t know how long they’re staying, if they’re serious or sarcastic, where is the line from a dark joke to something they take personal and sends them down a very weird dissociative spiral. Can’t really tell what elements they’re made of but can sense the presence even if fleeting; leaves a metallic taste in your mouth afterwards and there’s more questions after than there were while seeing them. Salty and comforting at the same time, evokes in your something you haven’t thought about before but you’re weirdly enjoying it.
♓ Pisces Sun/ Moon/ Venus – Moschino- Funny/ Ormonde Jayne – Levant
There’s an anchoring determination and a solid base but their heads are always in the clouds. Like a helium balloon tied to a pier: idealistic, erratic stream of feelings, the wind is too much, the abrasiveness of the sand is too much. But there is always that soft, delicate, tender, airy, citrusy aspiration to their entire existence. Can’t be weighted down too much when their soul is idealistic and dreamy. Childlike behaviour and lightness but coming back to earth when needed, doesn’t lose the softness of their soul no matter what hardship comes(pros & cons here, but scent wise brilliant).
