Today is my #veganversary! On this day in 2015 I started with a year-long vegetarian "internship" 😂 and one year later made the dive into veganism. Usually when people talk about journeys there is some sort of struggle involved. But tbh, this experience has been overwhelmingly positive and right for me. My favorite part has definifely been meeting new people and connecting on the basis of empathy, sustainability, and delicious food. And of course, sharing new things with my old friends.
