From my Lupin III/Pokemon Mystery Dungeon mashup idea.
They are basically another team of thieves (and a cop) who have ended up in the Pokemon world, They soon become at odds with Team Lupin.
Tagh O'Broader (Herdier): a corrupt LAPD cop, who was formally an operative for IRA during the Troubles. Interpol let him off the hook and everyone who works for them, including Zenigata knows this. Acts as a kind of a mentor to Kitsune and helps him get away with crimes.
Bianca Atach (Skitty): Kitsune's easily jealous girlfriend. Very immature and childish acting. She really, really hates "those girls" like Fujiko or anyone she thinks is trying to steal her man.
Faron "Kitsune" McKenzie (Chimchar): A charming thief and con artist who lives a privileged life in Los Angeles. His personality is similar to that of a used car salesman. He is vain and very insecure. Upon meeting Lupin, he assumes the other thief is stealing his act.
"Cobbles" Lorenzo (Tyrogue): Kitsune's 17 year old nephew, a student at a private all-boys school. He's both a nerd and a jock, he's the star athlete in almost every sport, not to mention a skilled pickpocket and hacker.
Furio Perino (Sandshrew): Kitsune's right hand (literally the Keith Richards to his Jagger, as he says) . He is of Italian and Mexican descent and sort of a jack of all trades (but it mostly involves using weapons and hot wiring cars)
