Hell just got a lot more fun 😈🍹 The official Hazbin Hotel Bar Book has been released today!

A recipe book full of drinks and bar bites for wayward sinners. It includes a total of 66 cocktails and snacks inspired by characters and other icons from Hazbin Hotel. Hardcover, 144 pages of recipes by Thea Engst and written by Jordan Alsaqa, for Insight Editions.

The book has been released today June 30, on Amazon, as well as the official Hazbin Hotel coloring book. Spindlehorse has posted a video on their socials to announce the release of both books.

As a child, he used to practice curing plants, whether they were uprooted or withered, He never felt pain. But when he tried to heal one of his mother's butterflies, he felt the pain of that helpless creature.

He sees the pain of others. The pain manifests itself with wounds or cuts on his own body. And these cannot be healed. That's why he covers his eyes. But the mask still allows him to see, it serves to moderate.

I had a few questions if that’s okay?

First, where does Sera fit in your AU? In canon she is apparently in charge of Heaven’s hierarchy and laws, and states it is her duty to “enforce the judgment of Heaven, to nurture and protect those who deserve it, and to preserve the separation between the righteous and the wicked.”

Second, what are the Virtues’ roles in Heaven? I think you said in old ask they rule the different levels of Heaven, like the Sins?

Third, in your AU are the Virtues the same as the Elders of Heaven who forbade Lucifer from taking part in Creation, or were those different people?

Fourth, the Seven Virtues are kind of like the counterparts to the Seven Sins, right? (Except Lucifer, who fills a spot on both sides.) which Sin acts a counterpart to which Virtue? Do they know about each other? What do they think about each other?

I'd be happy to answer these!

First, Sera still holds a very important position within Heaven's central administration and keeps a role similar to her canon. She is heavily involved in maintaining Heaven's laws, order, and overall stability. However, unlike canon, she does not possess absolute authority. Many important decisions are made collectively alongside the Seven Virtues, who govern Heaven's others domains. (Although, sometimes she makes her own decisions xd)

2. The Seven Virtues act as the leaders and caretakers of Heaven's domains.

Each Virtue oversees a different region and is responsible for its administration, welfare, and development. While they govern their own territories, they also perform duties related to the ideals they embody.

Together, they form part of Heaven's highest leadership and work to ensure both their domains and Heaven as a whole continue to function properly.

Assisting them are numerous lesser Virtues and angelic officials, who help manage daily affairs, guide souls, maintain services, and carry out the countless responsibilities required to keep Heaven functioning.

3. Yes, in this AU the Seven Virtues are considered Heaven's eldest and most influential figures. That said, this AU does not follow every event from the original series exactly, so some aspects of Heaven's history and Lucifer's past differ from canon.

4. Again, Yes. The Virtues and Sins are intended to act as counterparts to one another, They are aware that the other side exists and know who their counterparts are, but most of them have never actually met face-to-face.

Because of that, many of their opinions are based on stories, assumptions, rumors, or books rather than personal experience.

But I made a lil "what if..." because I liked the idea of them together 🤣

Here’s a long headcanon, so bare with me:

Many assume she's thriving in Heaven's splendor. But what if this "freedom" is her punishment? A cruel echo of Eden, stripped of the one who made it bearable.

I picture her on an endless beach, waves whispering against the shore, her feet rooted in sand that feels too familiar. She stares at the horizon, but she's not seeing Heaven's light, she's seeing then

She remembers leaving Adam. A desperate decision to carve her own path, to make choices that were truly hers. A choice she believed she could face alone.

Then came Lucifer, an angel who looked at her and saw her. Not as future child bearer, not a subordinate, but an equal. He loved her without condition, respected her without reservation. When Heaven cast them both into Hell, she didn't falter. She held his hand and tried to see the fall as a beginning.

We have each other, she thought. That's enough. We'll build something new.

And she tried. Oh, how she tried. She shaped Hell's chaos into something resembling a home. She showed Lucifer the cracks where light could creep in. But century by century, she watched her radiant angel dim—his light curdling into disgust, his hope hardening into cynicism. The sinners he once pitied became vermin to him. The kingdom she labored to beautify became his prison.

Still, she persisted. For him. For their daughter, Charlie—the pure, impossible dream they created together. Lilith poured every remaining ember of her soul into making Charlie believe Hell could be more than damnation. That redemption was possible. That love could rewrite any fate.

It wasn't enough.

Lucifer the one she loved most in all of existence turned against her. Not with cruelty, but with conviction, taking Heaven's side, offering her people as sacrifices to those Exorcists for his own fractured peace. And in that moment, something inside her shifted. If he was willing to sacrifice everything she tried to protect, she thought, then she would meet him in that darkness.

So she made the trade. Her freedom for Heaven's terms. A prisoner in Heaven. And Lucifer? He never forgave himself for letting her go.

Now, eight years later, she walks a beach that mocks her. Heaven offers her everything, abundance, beauty, peace, but it's a zoo designed just for her. Every sunrise is a reminder of Eden. Every gentle breeze whispers ‘this is what you wanted, isn't it?’ But there's no one to share it with. No Lucifer to debate the stars. No Charlie to guide. No sinners to save.

She's back where she started. Alone.

The official release date for Helluva Boss Season 3 has been announced!

Spindlehorse has finally announced on their social media the official release date of the first part of Helluva Boss Season 3. Alongside a new clip of what may be the first episode, featuring Stolas and Blitz.
