I think Voxtek programming is readily available to Imp City, being also on the Pride Ring. Whether or not any of the characters watch it would depend on if they actually think it's good news or just like it for the Drama that Vox is so known for (I can see Blitz watching it late at night with junk food, or Moxxie if he thought it would be a good way to keep an eye on any Overlords they might deal with).

As for the rest of the Rings, since 666 news exists there as well, maybe?? The deeper you the harder it would be to get the signal down, I think. And I highly doubt someone like Stolas or Ozzie would bother to watch a Sinner-made show.
