Venomshank jumped back, scrambling till he hit the back of the building. It caused him to gasp in pain from the arrows in his back.

"Calm down... geez. Acting like we're gonna fucking kill you or something.. we're not Illumina..."

His voice was garbled, feathers on end. Although it was clear enough to tell what he is saying at least.

If he ever makes it out….

Still, they were skeptical. They didn't exactly trust this guy. That was typical of them.

They squinted, crossing their arms with a quiet hiss. Their tail flicked in slight anger.

"You should be thankful he isn't hostile himself... he could probably fuck the both of you up if he really wanted to."

They huffed, their tail swishing, kicking a rock in his general direction. They cracked their knuckles, runes beginning to swirl & form around their 'special' arm.

They scoff, baring their teeth a little. It was clear they obviously weren't intimidated by him, nor were they a big fan of him & the way he was acting. They were in a mood..

Venomshank got up, feathers on edge. It was very intimidating but he tried. He honestly just looks like a kicked puppy with everything that has happened to him. Arrows stuck in his back, scars and feathers mangled and messed up.

It would be really hard for Venomshank to go back to a normal life if he made it out.

…Although it seemed like Icedagger being mentioned hit a certain spot….

"Why are we not fucking surprised...! Of course he did... he kills everything doesn't he...!? Fucking stars.. geez he needs to just be kicked down a notch or two..."

"The hell's wrong with that, huh? What's wrong with how he's changed now?! You have no fucking idea what you could be dealing with. He could be punishing you & making you regret being ever spawned."

Venomshank snarled out. He was angry. Not just at Darkheart or Illumina. At everything. He was abandoned and thrown out by his mother and siblings.

He couldn’t help it. He couldn’t help the fact he went feral. He can’t control it and now, now he’s just angry at everything.

They were acting all irrational & out of it now... they didn't actually mean that- they were just- mad, right? Who was fronting again..? Probably Envy or something...

Their fists balled up, their scales sticking out like a defensive porcupine.

Venomshank’s feathers stood on end as he got into a defensive stance in case things got physical…he’s so tired of fighting…

Venomshank was still defensive but calmed down a bit. He didn’t want to fight. He just wanted peace for once.
