Like a character, who the fuck am I to police you on that, I love Eddie Monsoon… however

The way it just feels like a lot of people in the fandom push away the actual bad things he’s done in desperation to make him cute like all the other characters Rik has played (Rick, Richie, you know what I mean), just doesn’t feel right to me, especially when there ARE some implications and parts to his lore/character that add depth, and it’s ok to appreciate him for that. But the whole ‘if evil… why so handsome and cute 🥺’ mentality a lot of yous have about him, the bloke who canonically went to court for sleeping with multiple 15 year old girls, just doesn’t sit right with me and I need more people in the fandom that can take characters somewhat seriously for once.

Also half the footage I can find has some voiceover on it, so even if I’m wrong, which I’m not, and someone actually did only record a few minutes scattered throughout the play there’s definitely without a shadow of a doubt more audio to the already available footage.
