A random thing I hate in theater kid culture is hating on the directors favorites, when its always the directors fault. Like yes, if theyre cocky and a jerk then we hate, but all of a certain directors favorites that I know are like the nicest people ever! Our problems are the director, not the teenagers who have nothing to do with this other then the fact they auditioned for the show.

And imo, if i knew I was gonna get a good role auditioning for a certain something, I WOULD AUDITION FOR IT. If I know im gonna win why wouldnt I do the thing that lets me win?
