John puts her in the role of the unwilling mother (<- this one specifically when having her train Harrow, the "baby"), the nagging wife, AND the eldest daughter in the weird Lyctoral family dynamics for years upon years. This poor woman. She deserved to kill a thousand times over.

Love AranKita combined with Aran's long suffering friendship with the twins because he would have hit high school first and got introduced to this AMAZING classmate who's so diligent and sincere and I can imagine Aran having this one perfect year in their first year that feels like a fairytale and yeah he's definitely head over heels for this guy and then WHAM Miya Atsumu is in his face shaking Kita's hand like HOWDY did you know I'm Aran's bestest friend in the whole world and who are you? And Kita's clearly unimpressed but is like "oh... Aran... You didn't tell me you were friends with such an interesting underclassman..." And then before Aran can say anything Atsumu goes "OH BUT GUESS WHAT" and then Osamu pops up and SURPRISE there's TWO of them and Kita is being polite and formal and nice but the twins have started yapping on about their entire childhoods and everything they know about Aran and how such good friends they are and Aran watches as his perfectly crafted year of maturity with this boy he's fallen in love with crumbles around him and he's forced to introduce Kita to them and I am 100% sure the twins set him back like 18 months. If they'd gone to another school Aran would have had a boyfriend by second year. Instead, they're almost in their third and he's spending his evenings listening to Kita complain about the twins' lack of social etiquette and the fact that they didn't clean the locker room correctly.
