🤎 Are you going to do anything special for Pride month on your Clangen blog? Anything to look out for? Besides the ask game?
hmm, that's a hard one! i'm not sure actually. i did recently hit 50 followers, so i could combine the two and do a pride-themed thing to celebrate 50 followers. that could be cool! still thinking on it though, i would like to do something for pride if i can, especially since i'm not in a position to attend pride irl.
solsticepaw spent the night in the bush, trying to get comfortable. as dawn rose, her stomach grumbled insistently.
she sighed, getting out of the bush and stretching. she might as well catch something.
the worried apprentice crouched down, hunting alongside the path. finally, she came across a small bird, pecking at seeds in the grass.
she pounced, killing it swiftly. relief flooded through her at the catch. it was rather little, but it would do for now. she brought it back to the bush and started to eat.
as she ate, solsticepaw wondered if she was far enough away from clan territory. should she go further? she never wanted to see a clan cat again.
after the bird had all but disappeared, she was still trying to decide. these feathers could be good for a nest, here in the bush....
solsticepaw shook her head. no nest, and no more rest. she had to make more distance. she started to walk along the path again.

uhh i genuinely don't know what i should do to commemorate this, should i do some sort of event? i see blogs doing "design this upcoming cat" for milestones but i don't play ahead so i don't have upcoming cats. y'all are as caught up as i am.

🖤(Character specific)- When did this character realize their identity? How did they initially feel about that realization?
solsticepaw is still on that journey tbh. however she does know she's probably not straight. i don't think she'd be one to have a lot of crushes, so i'm gonna say she's had one (1) crush in her life, and it was a molly. back in lilacclan.
heatherpaw was the leader's daughter. a major perfectionist, and never showing any hints of liking girls, solsticepaw knew she didn't have a chance. no one like heatherpaw would ... there was no way. so she bit her tongue for the extent of her stay there.
as for how she felt? lilacclan wasn't the most accepting or kind place for solsticepaw. being queer wasn't a thing cats were open about there. so she honestly felt kinda upset about the realization- like, she was already dealing with a lot of stuff, and now ur telling her she has to deal with hiding her identity too? uuugh. just one more thing for her to stress about. she probably has some internalized stuff haha.

gender: solsticepaw is a cis molly, but i feel like she's a bit.. disconnected. she's cis in the "too tired to care" way. i can't see her having many big feelings about gender yet, unless clangen decides to spice it up.
orientation: she's only eight moons old so this can and will change! but right now she's not entirely sure. however she knows she's somewhere on the multisexual spectrum, being attracted to all genders. she also may be arospec in some way tbh? i could possibly see her having a romance when she's older, but i feel like she might be demiromantic, greyromantic, or something similar. i don't think she's entirely alloromantic tldr.
solsticepaw padded down the dirt path, her paws aching from how far she'd walked. how many days had it been since she'd left lilacclan? she didn't know.
she looked up at the moon, barely showing behind a drifting cloud. would starclan approve of her leaving? would they understand? or would she be shunned?
she gave a sigh, settling down underneath a bush on the side of the path. she'd been walking for so long. her stomach rumbled. she'd have to hunt soon. but she was so tired. it could wait.
solsticepaw closed her eyes. things would be better tomorrow.
