Whoo this story’s fun. When I was little my sona was called Lee so that became my nickname/handle for a lot of things, and when I joined tumblr I decided that stars were my thing so it was Starlee246 (my favourite numbers). Then when I first played Undertale there weren’t enough letters so I put my name as Starly and it kinda stuck. I changed my user again to StarlyDarling cause I was in a yamikawa mood. THEN I got back into beyburst, realised I kinked Free then came up with the alternate name of Kree because my main name is Kris. So yah.

Anyway so when I was like 12 and making a Pinterest for the first time I was craving Mac and cheese, but someone ate my damn Mac and cheese that was in the fridge, so all I could think of was “who ate my Mac and cheese” so that was my Pinterest acc. However, that was too long a name for most other sites, so when I made another acc (I forget which one) I switched out Mac and cheese for bread, and it kinda stuck.

My first introduction to doing YouTube content was in grade 6 through a friend. Since me, my friend Nat, the friend in question, and another friend of ours were HUGE ddlc fans, we basically kinned each of them and themed our channel around them. You can guess who Nat is. Mine was Sayori. Stay with me here
And then when we forgot about that after a while (which was after we posted a few vids and they went nowhere), I wanted to do my own content with Nat so we thought about how to change our online names without changing too much, since we got pretty attached to them. We went with removing some letters and I became Syri for a little while
When I got back into doing YouTube content in 2020, I switched out the y for ai to get Sairi. I don’t remember why but I don’t regret it because I get to be called Sai for short and younger me would find it cool asf
