Henry and Liam theory season 2
Rozy said thereās going to be a lot of "druffering" (Drew x suffering) in the second season. So, what could make Drew suffer? Having whatās left of his group fall apartāwhich implies that Liam and Henry would leave him, right? Well, not exactly; my theory is that only Henry will leave him first. Henry and Liam won't leave together; Liam will stay with Drew. Hereās my theoryā¦
From the very beginning, Henry and Liam have been portrayed as the series' dynamic duo; they are always togetherāon one occasion, they even read each other's mindsāso the idea of āāseeing them apart might seem impossible. Yet, it is going to happen, guys. Although at first glance they appear to share the same personality or even the same way of thinking, they are actually completely different individuals, and their views on the "Drake-up" differ as well.
Drew wasn't the only one who realized early on that Jake cared about the club; Henry noticed it too, but he didn't get toxic about it like Drew did. You can see this in Episode 9, when he bets that Jake won't come along to the hangout at Drewās house (a bet he ends up losing because Jake does go)
The second instance was in Episode 11 during class; he was sad because he knew what was going on and likely sensed that something was bound to happen later
Regarding his expressions during the "Drake-up"āwhich we see clearly, unlike Liam's, which are barely shownāhe doesn't look angry; instead, he appears sad and ashamed of himself, especially when Drew brings up Zoey's cheating during the argument (since, let us remember, he also knew)
So, I think heās the only one of the Dromies who didn't hold a grudge against Jake; he blames himself and his own actions for what happened
Finally, there's the screenshot regarding the membership: when Drew is hassling Jake, Henry looks scared or nervousāhe doesn't want to be there. I don't think he'll immediately side with Jake the moment he leaves Drew, but I do believe he'll at least try to be a better person and undergo a redemption arc before the other Dromies do.

while the rest of the group was telling Jake that the club was using him, Liam only mentioned Daisy, suggesting that if Jake couldn't get her because of Sean
Then, in Episode 11, while they were in class, he didn't think Jake was avoiding them on purpose; instead, he assumed Jake was busy writing an apology song for the club so he could go to the competition
The reactions we saw from him during the "Drake-up" were these two; he looked angry. His final commentā"thanks for being honest"āwas clearly sarcastic, given all the times Jake had lied and Liam had believed him.
In the screenshot regarding the membership, he looks annoyed, which implies he is angry at Jake for lying to him.
In conclusion, I think their differing viewpoints are what will ultimately drive them apart. As I said, Henry will try to become a better person, while Liamāwell, heāll stick with Drew. Drew will take advantage of Liamās naivety and blame the club and Jake for everything, including Henry leaving the group. Heāll try to turn Liam into a "new Jake"āa best friend who helps him bully the club members, only worse; unlike the real Jake, who never held a grudge against the club, Liam will. But do you really think Henry will let that happen? Remember, Henry can be incredibly persistentājust ask Lia, haha. If he could keep at it with Lia ,he can certainly keep pushing Liam to drop those bad habits and become friends again.
