I'll go ahead and say it; there isn't a bad mainline fallout game. Granted I haven't played 76, but from what I've heard from my friends and seen online it kinda got the No Man's Sky treatment and is at least playable now; and if it's got the same game play loop as 4 + you can play with friends, I'm confident saying that it's probably a fun game.

We all know how bad Fallout 4's story is, but the whole "why would you do all these side quests when your son has been kidnapped" thing never made sense to me. Like yeah I wanna save him, but there's now way I'm going to be able to hunt down the most dangerous hit man in the Commwealth with no more than a 12 gauge and a few molotovs.
