⭐GOOOD MORNING world. 🌎 ⭐ I am beyond stoked to finally be able to see my results in my stomach, ahh my abs are visible!!! it has taken me many many moons & sucking in and hating life sometimes but I stayed strong I stuck with it & I am so so happy I did! I am healthier, stronger, I have more energy & I'm getting ready to turn 25 next week & I couldn't be happier with the way I look & feel. I am so happy that I decided to start my fitness journey a year n half ago many girls in their early twenties rather go out than the gym & I had enough of the boozing & the partying I'm so happy to be able to get fit and maintain my fitness in NY early twenties & so I can guarantee that for as long ad I maintain my fitness I will forever be healthy and happy. When I'm thirty five and I look back I'm going to be stoked I started my fitness journey when I did!!! 💪😊 ⭐ as you can tell im using oil and I used l laundry detergent for my squats and triceps ha I haven't been completely invested in working out at home so I haven't purchased the correct tools but improvise is key. 😉 ⭐ POINT IS 👉 👉 👉 don't give up, figure out what gets you motivated & do it if its following a million fitness tips and accounts on IG on here then do it!! I'd look at a workout clip I saw and I'd be instantly motivated like that girl is getting her bod she wants imma go get mine too!!! A simple walk down the street daily and back will get you in the swing of things! 30 min workout is all it takes to get you going daily!! 👈👈👈 ⭐ happy Friday everyone have a blessed day & go kick some gym ass today! 🙌✌

⭐ squat 90lbs today!!! & I just tried 80lbs the other day & I weigh 105 so I'm proud of myself. 😀👍💪 enjoyed my chocolate whey protein shake in the backyard ‼‼‼

⭐ pre workout VS post workout. ⭐ ❇ Those bear naked 100% natural real nut energy bars (chocolate chip & peanut butter) literally falls apart in your moth so fresh and natural so damn delicious! Along with my pre workout energy drink. 💪 ❇ && after, its been awhile so, protein pack!!! those things are so damn delicious too! I felt immediately refueled afterwards. There are multiple kinds but I always go for which one has the most protein, if you go to a grocery store you can bet that you’ll find them all there but if your in a hurry and go to the nearest convenience store then you might have troubles finding the one you like or ones with the most protein. ⭐ protein pack or protein shakes or a post workout snack are important. so you can start buy helping your muscles repair themselves & get lean & strong!!!! 🌠 happy working out fit fam 💪

⭐ive been neglecting my legz & today i did 210lb leg press, i weigh 105 so pretty proud & squated 80lb felt easy but i dont want to over do it i think i could do 95-100 .... & killed cardio that heart beat was during my "cool down" period i was a dancing away on the treadmill, & then did my lunges, cardio on cardio on cardio. top left pre workout right bleow post workout. walking outta zee gym & seeing the sunset & palm trees oooo man 👌👍✌🌴 ‼‼

⭐at home workouts are just as efficient ‼‼ 👍💪😊 ⭐ found myself getting busy at the shop lately that sometimes its hard to find time to go to the gym, its NEVER hard to find time to EXERCISE tho. if you don't have a gym, its no excuse. if you want to achieve the goals you have set for yourself & your determined & dedicated then you'll always find time to get a workout in & if you are dedicated and motivated you'll see that, you'll start to see it becoming HARD to just take a REST DAY!!! 👍👌👏 ⭐ happy working out fit fam 💪 & happy hump dayyy. 😉
