Here is a style frame and colour palette for a folio project I am working on.

I will be designing up a interface and visual style for a imaginary mech game based on machine krieger.

It is a sad day when a games studio gets shut down, even worse when it is one full of friends and family. You will be missed Blue Tongue / THQ australia ...

however the people that made it special are still here.

Right now Im sitting in a room surrounded by my life compartmentalized in cardboard boxes. Next step is to fill the two bits of luggage that will contain my new Canadian life. (must remember to pack riot shield)

So life has gotten a little hectic. Amongst the awesome whirlwind that was my brothers wedding and getting ready to move country I have gotten a bit slack on the homework front.

So when I returned to work and started sifting through a mountain of e3 news, I was pleasantly surprised to be told that some of my de Blob 2 interface stuff was included on Kotaku in a "best of title screens" article... Kind of feels good to be representing a little bit of color in amongst the brown and grey dude-bro games.

A few weeks ago I gave blood, this was kind of inspired by a weird dream associated with said blood donation.

Just an experiment with Trapcode particular plugin in AFX, Trying to get a cell shade look, and also trying to tie velocity and X,Y,Z, to the music amplitude.

Next version I will decrease the lifetime of the particles and separate track frequencies to get something a bit more dynamic.
