I love the thought that she's so weird she doesn't even really seem to fit the world she's in. Cute creatures then bam suddenly there's this creepypasta-esque being thrown in.
She was originally just a gem that produced natural made ink, that inkies naturally formed from. When She gained sentience it all went to hell.
She's treated more like a God than a ruler. Because that's how She wants to be treated. God complex up the wazoo. Holds no genuine love for anything but Herself. No name but She's addressed with She and Her. Always capitalize the first letter.
Hands off mostly as society is thoroughly brainwashed to run things how She wants. Still likes to mess and torment people for entertainment. Genuinely like the inky boogeyman they've been conditioned to "love."
