i think a reasonable nerf to the DB1 tanks would be to make them take 2 hits of 50 instead of a fully loaded single hit
and you have to strike them in 2 places, the gunner and the driver
strike the gunner, it takes longer to reload, strike the driver, it cannot pursue
That would probably be the best way of reimplementing them.
It takes away from their main annoying feature, which is having so much health.
