Hey guys. I know it’s been a while since our last release. There are two reasons as to why I went on an unexpected hiatus overall. One is that, I’ve been too busy with RL stuff. School and work is swamping me so bad right now that there is even no time for ‘Me’ time, and the second one...is that, to be completely honest with you guys, I have been struggling with my feelings towards scanlation. I’m not going to go too into depth, but all I have to say is that I have, for some reason, may have lost interest with scanlation. Though recently, I’ve dived within myself as to how and why I lost my interest in scanlation, however, I’m trying my best to get it back. My interest and passion towards scanlation, and I hope you guys could help me out :)

So, that’s my first announcement. My second announcement is well...maybe it’s obvious? But I am getting back into the scanlation. I may have lost the staff that have helped GS Scans grow, but I’m hoping to get them back or meet new people overall.

Third is that if you guys are currently checking out the tumblr page, it’s being revamped at the moment, so if there are a few things that look weird right now, it’s because of that :)

And finally...Golden Shade Scans is recruiting, because...well, like I said, because of this idiot’s sudden hiatus, they have most likely left as well. So, yes, GS Scans is currently recruiting ALL positions, and yes, that includes Proofreaders, but I will only be limiting with proofreaders because there’s a lot of people who apply for that, and we don’t really need hundreds of proofreaders when we lack other positions, especially translators, because what is the need of a huge amount of proofreaders when there’s nothing to proofread, right? Hey guys, caxi here! lol, sorry if you guys were expecting a release with this post, but yeah, we have a lot of projects in our queue, and are starting to collect dust due to lack of people working on them :) so, we were wondering if any beautiful soul (not saying that the people who aren’t going to join don’t have beautiful souls but teehee :3) If anyone interested in joining is interested in a project, you can check my latest post in our WP here to check our list :)

What's up guys, it's caxi back from the dead and here with another release! (LELZ)

Anyway, just to inform you guys, most of you have probably seen this being released by another group using Chinese Scans, and though they decided to continue to release, I still want to do the project. Not hating on the Chinese Scans translators and uploaders in anyway, mind you, I just like the versions done through the Japanese Scans, so I'm still continuing this project. This is also to inform the people who messaged me a while back, this project is still alive, and GS Scans is still alive...half dead though LMAO also, really surprised how this is the second chapter of this Kuroneko volume where there's no sex??? LIKE WHOA WHAT? WHERE? WHY? HOW?

but yes, without further ado, here's another release :)

And like in previous projects, here's another post where we're still looking for people to help us release some projects. Hey guys!

It’s  been a while since I last posted here and it’s due to several health issues I’ve experienced, and so the group has been sort of dead, and we apologize for SUPER DELAYED RELEASES. But the group has been a really small group to begin with, so we can’t release so much simultaneous releases.

But yes, I know this is a problem, so I think I have to do something about it. We are currently in DESPERATE need of editors (either a typesetter, a cleaner, or both) and as well as translators (japanese translators) and quality checkers, and of course, said positions are what we are in dire need of, but we are in need of the rest too! We have so much in line right now, and I think they’re getting dusty in my laptop (LOL)

We are in need  of help guys, and we hope to hear from you guys soon!

hey guys, caxi here :D I know you guys probably thought it’s a release post, but it isn’t, sorry >~< but yeah, the group hasn’t been able to release anything in a while because in the past 3 weeks, I’ve been in and out of the emergency room in the hospital, got numerous shots, and had been having the after effects of the shots (fever being the main) so I’ve been inactive, but I’ve been feeling pretty well for the past 2 days :)

so anyway, announcement done, now onto the GSScans forum part. I decided to make a forum for the lovely readers (as well as the staff) for all the people who read our works and staff to get to know each other. I will be linking the forum here so you can go on and register and leave messages for us, you can also suggest projects there, so go ahead and register guys!

oh yeah, the forum doesn’t really have anything right now because it’s a WIP, but you can still leave messages and chat with one another :)
