Twin Grunts

 [ Story Arc Art;; WIP ]

Hey, so. Been semi-working on an art piece for a beginning of a Story Arc. Semi important and will be absolutely canon, giving everyone a chance to get a canon spot in the twin’s Main Verse ay.

But, hey, here’s a wip (under the cut)!

He’d been walking down one of Po Town’s street in an attempt to find a specific gang member—and they happened to be in big trouble. Anybody who saw Guzma walking by would realize that he was out on a mission. Nothing seemed to be distracting him from his search, at least, until he stops and glances over at the pair standing by.

[ ☠ ] —“Yo—y’all wanna help me wit’ somethin’?” Guzma asks, slouching forward and giving them a glance.

“Lookin’ for someone who’s ‘bout to get they TEETH kicked in.”

The twins looked to each other, ‘Lo looking nervous before grinning widely. ‘Lus just rolled his eyes at his brother’s reaction before looking back forward. He opened his mouth to speak, but...

“Hell yeah! Who we lookin’ for, boss? What they in for?”

“Holy fuck, it’s th’big boss. Hey, ‘Lus, should we say hey? Or just act like normal? How do we make a good impression...”

“Like I take the time to see if any of you got freckles.” Jacks snorted and pulled the bandanna down to light himself a cigarette as he was leading Lu towards Po Town’s exit.

    “Yeah I think some grunts need to get out more and I also need bait.”

He shrugged in response to Jack’s statement; it was fair, freckles were a small feature. ‘Lus followed the other, hands in his pockets. Wait--

“Geez we need to get you guys colored hats or somethin’. So hard to tell you apart.” He folded his arms, looking the other up and down to see if there was any indicator to tell Lus from Lo apart.

    “Anyway, been wondering if you wanna join me on a job.”

‘Lus thought to himself, thinking about some of the differences between him and his brother. What would be an obvious one...? “Well, I have Freckles and ‘Lo doesn’t,” he finally said, pointing to his face.

“Yooooo, ‘Lus! Lookit what A ‘n B got us! S’couple of Nidos! Hey, which one do you want? The King or the Queen?”

‘Lo looked over to ‘Lus, letting out the two tiny beast Pokémon. He put the balls on his belt, looking to the two babies. The two both investigated them, trying to decided which one they had a connection to more. It wasn’t long before the male ran and headbutted ‘Lus leg, the female just watching.

“Hey, I think that one likes you, ‘Lus.”

Oh.

O h.

He.. honestly wasn’t expecting that.

He was stunned for a moment, trying to figure out how to even answer that question. These two little shits were talkin’ in some language he didn’t know, talkin’ about who had th’bigger dick, him or the female admin of the Team???

He finally let out an irritated growl, crossing his arms along his chest and glaring daggers at the twins.

“ If you two are wastin’ yer times askin’ me shit like this, then I guess I ain’t givin’ you enough work. “

Camillo’s laughing was cut off when their boss growled, his brows furrowing when he made mention of more work. Man, that’s not what he had expected at all...! ‘Lus, on the other hand, had completely expected that reaction; it’s why he tried to silence his brother before he made the stupid mistake of bringing up what they were talking about.

“Nah, G; y’give us plenty’f work! We jus’... got a lot o’ time during th’work to talk shit.” Camillus facepalmed at his brother’s response, that was definitely not the best response to give. “I mean, with travel time ‘n wait time and shit? Plus, y’always put us t’gether.”

“Camillo, shut up. Doubt that’s helpin’ much...”

The twins laughed a bit after a bit of banter, but quickly stopped their laughter when they noticed that Guzma was right there watching them. They looked to the boss and then back to each other, looking quite unsure of themselves for a moment. Though, with another look at their boss, they decided they had nothing to worry about. It was obvious he couldn’t understand them. Camillo looked indifferent to this, but Camillus seemed quite relieved.

“Ey, boss! ‘Lus an’ I were wonderin’ somethin’,” Camillo called over, much to Camillus’ disapproval. ‘Lo waved his brother’s concern aside, grinning wide. “Who’s got th’bigger dick? You or Plumeria?”

Aiden simply grins, waving the two twin grunts over. “Hey! Come on over. Let’s shoot the breeze!” He actually hadn’t had the chance to interact with the twins before, although he did catch glimpses of them now and again. He figured now would be as good as time as any to introduce themselves.

Benji glanced up from the book he was reading, giving the two a small smile as he nodded. He and Aiden were situated in the Shady house lobby, resting on one of the many couches strewn about the place.

“Yo, for real? Sweet!”

Camillo was quick to stride over, plopping down on the couch if there was room. If not, he would happily situate himself on the floor in front of them. Camillus, on the other hand, would happily sit down on the floor and lean back against the couch.

“Bee-tee-dubs, m’names Camillo; that there is Camillus.”

“See, ‘Lus? Told y’that they wouldn’t mind!”

The one who spoke elbowed their twin, a grin wide across his face. ‘Lus only rolled his eyes, shaking his head. He grumbled something, but apparently he didn’t want a certain someone to hear him. However, one word came out nice and clear.
