Vegan lasagna I made to feed 13 ppl and everyone asked for a recipe so I’m posting this
Gng enjoy, this is for 3 ppl
- a block of firm tofu (300g)
- some soy sauce (idk dawg just wing it)
- whatever seasoning u have
1. preheat the oven to 120-150°C
2. crumble the tofu in a oven pan thing
3. cover it with everything else n mix
4. bake it till baked as dry as u like, mix every 15 min or so
- two cans of diced tomatoes
- tomato paste (super important)
1. cut ur onion n crush the garlic n sauté
3. cook till u happy w it n add a bunch of tomato paste and all the seasoning
4. add the tomatoes n cook till it looks like u cooked it long enough
5. add the fake meat and cook a bit longer
6. preferably leave it in the fridge overnight (trust me on this one it does smthn to it that boosts the flavors)
- 1:1 flour n oil, like 50g idk
- 1/2 l plant based milk (oat the goat)
1. pour the oil in a heated pan and add the flour
2. mix it till it starts to bubble but DO NOT LET IT BROWN
3. add the “milk” bit by bit n mix continuously
4. add the seasoning n cook till it’s thickened but not super thick
2. oil ur preferred lasagna baking dish
3. stack : 1. pasta, 2. bolognese, 3. béchamel; repeat
4. top off the last layer of pasta w the leftover béchamel (drown it.)
5. bake for like 45min but it’s vibe based so like till it’s golden brown n crispy
