Tbh, I think everyone should do whatever they like. BUT it makes me a bit sad that you almost never see Ferdinand and Petra's friendship.

Oh god, 7 years of FE3H discourse made it impossible to pick just ONE as the absolute worst, but one of the first ones that come to mind:

The Church of Seiros can't be (even partly) inspired by Catholicism because the game is from Japan and Catholics are a minority in Japan.

Hm, "hate" is a strong word, but I dislike Bernadetta mostly because of the fandom now. Half of her fandom are weird dude bros and the other half are humourless people who project onto her. I know she has some chill fans too, but I almost always find her annoying in fan works. The game at least acknowledges her flaws, though I dislike how she's canonically written as well. So yeah.
