this is all rhetoric, it’s all empty words and nonsense phrases, when you talk all about ~queer spaces~ you’re talking about either a) these conversations that occur online, in which case…the @ button is free lmao like idk what you’re complaining about, go drink some water, or b) resources, structures, and, yes, intentional communities that exist to fill specific needs for at-risk LGBTQ+ people that cannot access them safely elsewhere. if these spaces don’t ~accept~ you when you want to participate, maybe it’s because you’re taking up space that others need! like, instead of self-consciously imposing a collective ~queer~ label on everything that LGBTQ+ people have created for themselves or carved out from nothing i order to protect themselves, consider that these belong to communities within this artificial broad-tent label, and that these communities have made these spaces out of need and commonality, and if you don’t need them, or share that commonality, you’re not being “excluded” from these spaces bc you are not entitled to them.
