Uh anyways if anyone sees this hi I'm doing a lot better now. try to keep myself out of Equius shifts if I can help it but when I do end up in them I do a lot better now in part due to a lot of things usually in relation to re-fictionalizing my kins (like. Viewing them as characters instead of purely me) and a lot of selfshipping which Equius as a kin stays FAR out of.

I am doing pretty good, i've been stuck in the outlast trials TRENCHES so i've been so hyperfixated on that i haven't had like. any time to be upset about kin canon stuff (despite what that games themes are, funny how that works).
