just crying at intervals between staring at walls. this is not living

i feel like so much mental health advice hinges on the belief that you have financial stability, a good support system, a healthy body, all the time in the world to get better etc. it feels so hopeless when you have none of those and so the things that have worked for others don’t resonate with you
