welcome july! i really hope the weather starts clearing up here soon as there's mostly been rain the past month. rain is nice but i really want to go for walks in the heat, feel the summer breeze and listen to music with my headphones instead of having to wear rain clothes and rain boots. hopefully things will heat up again now that its july. if not then i have my trip to oslo to look forward to, usually southern norway is warmer than the arctic hellhole i live in so the chances of oslo having proper summer weather is high.

i got some rather fascinating news about my grandpa lately, apparently he's 5.7 million norwegian kroner in debt which is insane. we knew he was in debt but we thought it was about 700 000 kroner which is much less than what the number actually is. hes been lying to our faces for years saying hes been part of this debt payment program and that he was close to clearing it but now we know the truth. i feel like this is a thing that would normally hurt the people closest to him but for some reason i dont really care. when he dies i wont accept any inheritance of his as that would mean accepting and transferring his debt to me, so thats easy. just literally say no thank you and the debt will be out of the world for me. but its probably difficult for him as hes still alive and have to deal with it. but again, not really my problem.

never had a close relationship with him as he literally vanished when i was born. he was there and did his "grandfather duties" when my big brother was born but decided one grandchild was enough and abandoned me as a kid. never had anything in common with him either. hes never reached out to me unless my mom forced him to, so all in all i dont really care about him. to make matters worse i discovered he wasnt my biological grandpa a few years back, which would explain why i dont have anything in common with him. but thats a story for another time.
