I see, those terms really are confusing - lemme explain!!

Fictionkin/Fictionkinnie - is a “subcategory” of Otherkin (click on the word to see the definition!); Fictionkin is when you identify as a fictional character (fully or partially), whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually! Since I have a really strong connection to Powder (character from show called Arcane) and also have many (and I mean MANY) similarities w her, I started to identify myself as her! :3

Double - is a person that is a fictionkin of the same character as you’re fictionkin of.

Sharing status - It’s the status of “sharing” the character you’re a fictionkin of, and also tells your opinion on doubles

Non-sharing - Not sharing character you’re fictionkin of. It means you don’t want doubles to interact with you

Selective-sharing - Sharing a character you’re fictionkin of only with certain people, you choose only some doubles you want to interact with.

Sharing - You share a character you’re fictionkin of with everyone, you usually don’t care about interacting with doubles etc.

There are fictionkins that are non-sharing, including me, and that’s okay. For an example, I’m non sharing since interacting with doubles makes me have body dysphoria and derealization. Others can be non-sharing for other reasons, and that’s completely valid ^_^
