I'm kinda glad Lapis and Peridot aren't involved in this story. Just from a storytelling perspective mind you. Otherwise there'd be 2 more characters to juggle in all this, when we already have the gems, Connie and the diamonds. Having them in here, while entertaining, would just make things a bit of a clustered story. Then again this show always was kind of iffy with this stuff, but that's probably due in part to time constraints.

Plus I dont think they'd take it too well having Blue and Yellow be cool with everyone now
