What happens when you recycle leaves with @philastreets ? They go to the Organic Recycling Center in West Fairmount Park. Residents can get up to 30 gallons of compost FREE as well as firewood and other materials. Otherwise, these materials average $40 per ton for compost or $25-45 per ton of mulch.
