im not sure what youre referring to picture-wise, to be fair its one of the things im pretty conscious about and I have been working on it, I dont think its that bad though, yeah if the horse takes off before i think they will I have been known to not let my hands come forward enough, but I dont think it warrants that sort of comment. Plus my immediate reaction through cross country training when I get left behind is to let the rein slide through my hands quickly so they can gather themselves quickly for the landing.

In regards to being an instructor - do as I say not as I do

Just because I might be execute things flawlessly does not mean I dont know how they should be done. The people I teach are not professionals, they need to learn balance/position/aids and movements. 

Lets not forget for 11 years of my life I only ever was a Show rider for cobs and m&m breeds, I only started riding the jumps a few years ago so although I may have gone through various qualifications to be able to teach the level I teach at, I might not be a perfect rider.
