If I ever say or do something that comes across the wrong way, PLEASE let me know! I’m always willing to learn & never intend to hurt anyone. It’s hard for me to find the right words, but I ALWAYS try my best to make everyone feel included.

Hmmm, I feel like some would be better than others. I feel like Heidi would love helping little kids. She’d come prepared and maybe make mistakes but you’re bound to. However she does get very anxious when she makes even the slightest mistake so not a lot of parents trust her yet. (She tries!) Annie is similar, both of them care for the kids but can get a bit worried because they care.

Wendy is the ULTIMATE sitter. She can keep calm in a crisis, is always ON all the time so she can spend time with the kids, and most parents like her. Bebe is pretty decent too, although she does tend to get distracted occasionally.

Nichole is great because she’s very in tune with what the kids like. She seems like the kind of sitter who would color with the kids for hours, and will come home with a temporary tattoo just because she was doing them with the kids. And Red seems like she’s too cool for babysitting or that it’s beneath her, but actually, kids look up to her a lot. They want to be like Red, and she’s actually pretty nice to them.

Millie has been trusted to babysit Flora before, albeit for like 30 minutes. Pretty low key, just play with her for a bit and feed her, it’s all good. Lola is a good sitter and has come home with braids that little girls she sits for have given her. It’s cute.
