Last post, I posted a list of rules which my daddy/boyfriend gave me when I moved in, here are a list of punishments which will happen if I break any of the rules.

1. Spanking - You will be spanked however many times I choose, with whatever I choose. This may be a spanking on your bare bottom, or maybe onto your messy diaper.

2. Enema - You will be given an enema (around 1.5 quarts) from the enema bag, then thickly diapers up and made to hold the enema for aslong as I say. If you can’t and decided to release the enema into your diaper, then you won’t be changed for a long time.

3. Suppository - Similar to the enema, you will be given a suppository and then thickly diapered. We (daddy and I) will then go grocery shopping or to the movies so I can watch your face as you desperately try not to mess your diaper and then see the embarrassment on your face as you have to walk/waddle around with a great big messy diaper in public.

4. Chastity - If you have been very bad, you will be placed in your chastity belt/cock cage for as long as I say.

5. Locking pants - Although the pants are used on many occasions to stop you changing your own diaper when I leave the house, they will be used as punishments on rare occasions. Considering I am away from home some weekends with work, you will be thickly diapers, then you will be locked in plastic pants and I will take the key away with me. When I return 2 days later, I might decide to unlock them, depending if I can cope with the smell.

6. Humiliation - We will go out in public and you will be wearing shorts which clearly expose your diapered state. We will them go out to the pharmacy where we will buy some new diapers for you. You will then have to ask the person behind the counter if there is anywhere for you to try them on.

My boyfriend/daddy is 22 years old and is into adult baby boys like me. Me and him are a perfect match. When I moved in with him, he set me a list of rules which I must abide to otherwise i’ll be punished. Here are the rules and punishments.

1. You must wear diapers 24/7, even when you leave for lectures at university.

2. Your diaper must be visible at all times when in the house

3. You will use your diaper for intended purposes. Bathrooms are strictly off limits unless using the shower/bath.

4. You will not change your diaper by yourself. If I am at work and you need a change then tough, you will wait till I get home.

5. You must not complain about the state of your diaper or ask for a diaper change.

6. You will refer to me as daddy at all times - even when in public.

7. If your pacifier is put in your mouth, you must not remove it. You can only talk when I remove it.

8. When in the house, you will wear what I tell you too. You can go to university wearing whatever you want, but as soon as you step foot in my house, you will change into what I tell you to.

9. Whenever I give you your baby bottle, you must drink all of it to keep you hydrated and your diapers nice and wet.

If you decided to break ANY of these rules, you will be punished.
