One of the many reasons I’m not very active on Tumblr lately is a big cross-country move. Thankfully all three of the snakes made the move flawlessly and I got a picture of Gracie having her first experience with stairs. Her person was nice enough to teach her and let her climb up to her room. But honestly it was 1 AM, we were exhausted, and required her to carry herself upstairs. 220 pounds of in-blue Burmese who was AMAZINGLY chill about being shipped across the country.

“I climb” It’s been an absolute train wreck of a year so I’ve not been much for snake updates. This is Flapjack’s temporary enclosure while my husband and I are in the middle of a cross country move. He decided that being on the floor of his cage, in his aspen, under his hides was far too normal and boring. I came in to see him climbing up around the lip. When he saw me he stopped to stare for a moment then fell back to the aspen. My snake is a doof.

I haven’t posted much of Her Exalted Excessiveness, Queen of the Blue Bedroom,Grandmaster Hissybutt, Lady of Ginormous Poo, Gracie in quite some time, but here she is while my husband was cleaning her cage and she decided to bless him with a flicking of the royal tongue and an opportunity for a booping of the royal snoot.
