a spell specifically to protect one’s gender or orientation, to keep it safely hidden when you can’t be out. 

gather: a small box, a root from a garden (something nonpoisonous), something that represents what needs to be hidden, and rainwater. 

clean the root with the rainwater. dry as thoroughly as you can.

put the object in the box, wrap the box up with the root

place the box in the left corner of a cupboard, closet, desk, etc. keep it as far back as you can, under many things. 

A while ago I put up a GoFundMe for my friend Paulle, who we found it had lung cancer. She beat it!

Or so we thought.

Paulle had the cancer mastesized in her brain. She went from functioning, going to try to work on her books, to being unable to think clearly, forgetting to eat, drink, when the food was in front of her, and is now going into hospice.

She has no family, she is recently out of an abusive relationship, the divorce finalized before the lung cancer was found, and she’s leaving her things to her friends and those she cares for.

There is no one to help her, outside of friends, who have already given, and still are giving, what they can.
