This is from my very first LietPru Fic, and I just.... I'm getting so emotional, because Tolys is going to make it to his new house, with his dog, and there's so much waiting for both of them afterwards. I'm considering rewriting this fic for the sake of keeping it up to date with my current writing style, as I think having my writing from two years ago in the middle of the series might be a little weird, but ye! We'll cross that bridge when we get to it I guess!

Tolys is in his house during the wintertime. He has an old, woolen sweater to keep him warm from the cold. He finishes making a warm drink and sits down by the fireplace with a soft blanket over his legs. He warms his feet by the fire, relaxing into his armchair. Outside the window he watches Eduard and Raivis fight each other to death in the snow. It is brutal. Ed’s glasses are lost in the snow. Raivis may have chipped a tooth but he refused to back down. Armfuls of snow sling through the air. Icicles break over heads. The violence only grows. Eduard picks Raivis up upside down and starts walking him towards a large pile of snow. Raivis is screaming. Eduard is laughing. Tolys takes a sip of his drink. It is expertly spiced and soothing to the stomach. Everything is as it should be.
