☆ north texas/dfw area homestucks ☆
me and some pals are having a homestuck meetup thursday december 31st at ridgmar mall !!
the meetup is gonna start at 1 pm and pretty much continue until everyone decides to leave, haha. there’s no real end time, except, of course, when the mall closes.
you’re encouraged to come in cosplay!! of course, it’s not mandatory, wear whatever you’d like. ALTHOUGH, we ask that you DO NOT wear grey paint or any sort of masks. malls generally don’t appreciate that at all and we don’t wanna cause any trouble !!
it’d also be a good idea to stick to smaller horns, but if you wanna bring a big ol’ set of gamzee horns, by all means.
second of all, please keep in mind that if you attend, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU. if you break rules or cause trouble, that’s on you. we are in no way liable.
which brings me to my last point, if you decide to attend, PLEASE be courteous to the mall staff and other shoppers. keep out of people’s way, don’t be too loud, don’t take pictures inside of stores, and be polite. this is super important !!
a few other tips!!:
bring money for snacks and concession and such, as we won’t be providing any.
please don’t start randomly singing or yelling. we’ve experienced this at meetups before and everyone that wasn’t attending the meetup wasn’t too appreciative.
TELL YOUR FRIENDS. (and maybe, reblog this??) in order to have a successful and fun meetup, we need people to attend!!
