Post run. I’m on the floor stretching but Luke still wants to play!

Almost 60 today and that blue sky made me so happy. I got in a walk with Luke, Spin class, taught yoga, and accomplished all of the to do items on my very long list. Feeling delighted about this ordinary Wednesday.

Another glorious beginning. May you fill this day with love and use it wisely.

Roasted Veggies to start the New Year!

Baby, it’s COLD outside! Luckily the sun is out and the trees still have bright red berries because the wind is wicked. More walking than running lately but I’m an optimist...ordered new running kicks for the New Year.

Yoga mat donations for my class at the teen girls home. Most of the girls have had a pretty rotten start to life but in yoga class they are joyous, strong, and so beautiful. I shared with my other yoga classes that my girls needed new, pretty mats and this is what happened next. The trunk of my car is full of generosity and love in the shape of yoga mats. I simply adore my yoga family!

Gorgeous morning helped me get out the door for day 11 of running streak. I took it easy and short then went to teach Pilates. Then I decided that this sore body needed Yoga, so I popped into my friend’s class. Hubby is sick so we are chilling and watching football. Love Saturdays❤️

When you get up early to run on Saturday morning...

Ran 1 mile, taught spin and yoga, saw Lady Bird (so good) hiked with Luke the wonder dog, now chilling at home with a glass of wine... really great day.

Day 2 of my return to running after a yearlong battle with injury. It felt awesome! I am so Thankful for a healthy body (and a great chiropractor) As an incentive to keep working my way back, I think I’ll try the Runners World Holiday Running Streak. Happy Happy Runsgiving!

I can not believe I’m posting a photo of this, but it is a milestone. I’ve been on the injured list for over a year, but I finally got the ok to try 1 mile slow. As you can clearly see, I crushed that goal 😂!
